I've been obsessed with what makes entrepreneurs successful for as long as I can remember, which explains why I've spent over a decade working exclusively with founders, scaling their brands from ideation to six, seven, and even eight-figure businesses in the beauty and lifestyle space.

when Australia called, I answered. In Sydney, I led Roxy Jacenko's talent agency, The Ministry of Talent, where my passion for building talent led brands truly began. There's nothing more satisfying than identifying an individuals ambitions and turning them into commercial opportunities. A few years later, London pulled me back, where I continued working in founder-led businesses at Gleam, representing some of the biggest names on the planet.

Meeting Caroline nearly eight years ago while working at Gleam Talent was a serendipitous moment, one that led to five years as her Commercial Director.

Launching Skin Rocks into Liberty London, spearheading the App, and scaling the industry-renowned Skincare Kits were all major career highlights for me and ultimately the reason I took the leap to build my own dream. There's no better crash course in brand building than scaling multiple brands under the Caroline Hirons umbrella, brands that have truly changed the trajectory of the skincare industry.

Now, it's time to build my own brands while documenting the journey as honestly, (and optimistically) as I can. As I develop a disruptive solution for female wellbeing with my business partner.

I continue to consult with brand founders looking to drive strategic commercial growth, identifying revenue opportunities in increasingly competitive markets. I truly believe market expansion is possible in any vertical - but the strength of a brand's identity is what ensures you can capture and hold onto it.
